There are a series of steps we must follow before we can write an accurate mold remediation plan for your home. The moment your mold inspector arrives, the investigation begins. He’ll start off with a brief interview about the history of your home. We ask specific, important questions that aid us in tracking down potential issues, including:

Once this is complete, your inspector will take physical surface and airborne mold testing samples.
